HYPERTENSION OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PART II

Now we have some knowledge or information to understand what is high blood pressure, if you or your loved ones have been diagnostic, do not worry just start to take action. Did you know that more than 90% off all diseases are curable!! Y E S it is true, we just need to start making the necessary changes. God created perfect bodies and it has been us with our style of life and the way that we fed ourselves that we have caused damage to our organisms. There is damage caused to our body that is irreversible, that is when it is already too late, in those cases the patient have to maintain in the majorette of cases with traditional treatment and medication. But in 90% of the cases and even more up to 95%of cases, all the damage done is still reversible if we do the right thing. What is the
right thing? It is to eat better to give our body what are body really needs.

Things we can do daily to improve our cardiovascular system, and in particular improve high blood pressure.
~ Daily exercises,
Some times just 10 minutes walking its enough to make a big change.

~ Avoid sugar as much as possible. ( sugar cause inflammation and inflammation is root of almost all disease)

~ Quality and quantity of salt. (Sea salt /Himalayan salt) Eat low amount of salt.

~ Fruit ( Berries and grapefruit )

~ Avoid sodas/ soft drink.

~ oil ( Olive oil, Avocado, coconut oil.)

~ Water ( drink enough water ) ( Replace other drinks for herbal tea/ infusions.)

~ Avoid frozen meals .

~Avoid processed products.
( processed food; have a lot amount of sodium )

~. whole foods.

~ Vegetales y proteinas; this should be the base of our meals.

~ Intermitating Fasting is a great tool to give time for regeneration to the body.
