Love not only unifies virtues, but it also protects them. When we put on the over-garment of love, we embrace a deliberate attitude of acceptance, respect, and genuine care for one another. Love breaks down barriers of division, prejudices, and self-interest. It creates a bond that transcends differences and unites us as a diverse and vibrant community of faith.
Moreover, love has the power to transcend our human limitations and reflect the very nature of God Himself. God is love (1 John 4:8), and when we choose to care for one another, we bear His image and demonstrate His character.
