Community Outreach
CLC will be assembling bagged lunches on Monday, February 27th and Monday, March 27th at 1:00 pm.
Each bag contains a sandwich, chips, fruit cup, cookies, granola bar, peanut butter/cheese crackers and a bottle of water.
If you would like to donate items or help assemble the bagged lunches, please call Susan at the church office.
Baptism
We will be holding a baptism service on Palm Sunday, April 2nd. Please sign-up in the foyer or call the church office if you are interested in being baptized.
Youth Group Event
Our youth group will be going to Escape This in Frederick on Sunday, February 26. They will meet here at CLC at 4:00 pm and will be returning by 9:00 pm. Each participant will need to have a signed permission slip.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to the building fund so far! We have now reached $7,000 of our $20,000 goal!

Meals on Wheels
We are looking for three volunteers to create a team from CLC to cover a Meals on Wheels route for meal delivery on Wednesday mornings (10:30-12:00).
Having a team, would enable us each to have a specified week to deliver during each month and backup due to illness, vacations, etc.
Together, we can serve a need for a vulnerable population in our community. If you are interested, call the church office or see Susan Taylor.
Baby Bottle Campaign
CLC is participating in the “Baby Bottle Campaign” through The Hagerstown Area Pregnancy Clinic.
The bottles will be here at the church for pickup on Sunday during service and during office hours throughout the week 9:00am-4:30pm.
HAPC provides area women with a safe, non-judgmental place to get all the information they need to make an informed decision regarding their unplanned pregnancy and to offer them the opportunity to make a positive, life affirming decision.
When you fill a bottle with change, bills, or a check, it helps to provide pregnancy tests, ultrasound exam and pictures, outreach services, peer counseling, presentation of churches and community organizations.
The bottles are due back to the church by March 5th.
Last year we collected $1,052.26

Teen Youth Group
The next Sunday night Youth Group meeting will be on March 5th, at 6:00pm.
Come hang out the first Sunday of every month from 6:00-8:00 pm, at CLC. Open to all teenagers. Bring a friend and come join us!

Women’s Bible Study
Through the podcast and resources created by BibleProject, we meet weekly to examine and study the Bible. Led by Beth Ann Shaffer, each Wednesday
we have fellowship from 6:30pm-7:00 and the study from 7:00-8:00pm.
