Pastor’s Bio

Pastor Tim Fisher

Pastor Tim has dedicated three decades to proclaiming the Gospel. His ministerial and seminary training originates from the Church of God and Lee University in Cleveland, TN. Beyond his theological education, he holds degrees in Sociology, Psychology, Social Science, Design and Technology. Currently, he is diligently working on his doctoral dissertation concerning AI in Education at Frostburg State University.

Pastor Tim’s commitment extends beyond the pulpit as he actively engages with the community. Alongside his role as the Lead Pastor of CLC, he serves as the CEO for the Community Action Council, the anti-poverty agency in Washington County. This agency annually assists over 10,000 residents with housing, energy, transportation, food security, and mentorship programs.

In addition to his pastoral and community leadership, Pastor Tim has contributed to education of others as an adjunct professor at Hagerstown Community College, where he teaches sociology. He is also deeply involved with other organizations and nonprofits providing leadership as an advisor and as a board member.
